Refund & Return Policy

Our promise

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original, sealed packaging.
• The return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

We cannot accept returns of opened or used products for hygiene reasons, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@bareskinofficial.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

How to return

1. Email us at info@bareskinofficial.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us.
4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Sale items

Items purchased at a discount during a promotional sale are eligible for return under the same conditions as full-price items.
